Zina O'Leary, BA, MSc, PhD

A sociologist by training, Dr Zina O'Leary has delivered professional courses in the US, Australia, Hong Kong, Fiji and Malaysia. Zina is currently teaching for both the University of Sydney's Graduate School of Government and the Australian New Zealand School of Government. She is a published evaluation expert and has a keen interest in inspirational and effective communication and in the process of writing her latest Sage title, Presentations that Motivate: Inspiring an Audience to Action.

James Richardson, BE, BA (Hons)

James Richardson has a wealth of professional experience in education, technology, and design in both the public and private sectors. He has developed and delivered a variety of workshops; has worked in product development roles for large multinationals such as Oracle, Accenture, and EDS; and is a published author and energetic facilitator, determined to embed learning at the deepest levels.

Sally Gaven, BA (Hons)

Formerly a journalist, Sally has written for the public sector for over 20 years as a policy officer, Ministerial advisor, communications specialist and strategic policy and evaluation consultant. She is also a corporate writer and copywriter for global enterprise, and works closely with several non-government organisations on communications and governance. Sally is a warm and engaging presenter who rejects the notion of instruction and focuses on drawing out participants' natural strengths.
